Titan Machinery, the largest Case IH dealer in North America, is closing 12 dealerships in five Midwestern states.

According to a news release, the closings are part of a broader restructuring plan which is expected to produce a “significant reduction of expenses”.

Locations affected by the announcement are Anthon and Cherokee, Iowa; Redwood Falls and Thief River Falls, Minnesota; Broken Bow and Wahoo, Nebraska; Arthur, Kintyre, Kulm and Mayville, North Dakota; and Milbank and Redfield, South Dakota.

Titan says all closed stores are being consolidated to nearby stores so that impacted customers can continue to receive their sales, parts, service rental and precision support at their nearest preferred location.

Titan has 89 North American locations and 20 locations in Europe.
