Novozymes to acquire TJ Technologies

Novozymes has signed an agreement to acquire South Dakota-based TJ Technologies which makes bio-yield enhancers.

TJ Technologies of Watertown, South Dakota was founded 35 years ago and develops proprietary microbial and micronutrient products, with a strong market for seed treatments of corn.

Novozymes, a global leader in bio-innovation, says this acquisition and others will expand and strengthen its position in sustainable bioagriculture market.
