MSU Extension helping dairy farmers through insurance sign ups

After the first year of the Dairy Margin Protection Program, Michigan State University Extension is working with farmers to regroup. Extension educators and economists will meet with farmers throughout September to discuss the current dairy outlook and what risk management strategies are available. The 2016 sign-up for the Dairy Margin Protection Program is just over a month away.
