Beef demand will be key in 2017

Oklahoma State University Extension livestock marketing specialist Derrell Peel says big supplies of beef in 2017 will need support from an increase in beef demand.  And Peel says as retail prices for beef decline in the domestic market, that should help convince consumers to eat more beef.
