Eggs and cholesterol
Eggs have gotten a bad rap for their cholesterol content but should they? Dr. Mitch Kanter with the Egg Nutrition Center says that for most of us, an egg a day is okay, when it comes to cholesterol intake. The amount of cholesterol in eggs has been recently downgraded.
