Happy Valentine’s Day!

The Iowa Cattlemen’s Association and the Iowa Beef Industry Council sent me a wonderful valentine gift. 

The card contained clever verbiage along with good and useful information such as:

 “The variety offered by 29 lean cuts means our relationship will never be predictable, humdrum or stale. . .”

and

“. . .But BEEF is not just an affair of the heart.  BEEF also satisfies our intellect:  it provides 10 essential nutrients in every bite, and a 3-oz serving provides 50% of our daily protein requirement. . .”
