Unseasonably warm, then wetter across Iowa
Record or near record highs are expected over central Iowa for most of this week.
High temperatures Tuesday are forecast to be in the lower to mid-70s with mid- to upper 70s for Wednesday.
As temperatures warm and moisture increeases, the threat for thunderstorms will increase. The best chance for thunderstorms will occur Friday and into the weekend.
