Bayer in growth mode with Credenz soybeans

Monte Malone, US Soybean Agronomy Lead for Bayer tells Brownfield company is in growth mode with the popular Credenz soybeans.  A total of seventy-one varieties of Credenz soybeans will be available to growers in 2018.  This includes 15 new LibertyLink varieties, 6 new Balance GT varieties (pending regulatory approval of Balance Bean technology) and 1 RoundUp Ready 2 Yield variety.

Malone tells Brownfield adding 22 new varieties for 2018 is comparable to the growth for 2017. He does not anticipate an expansion this broad next year because most of the agronomic challenges have been addressed and Credenz is approaching a full portfolio.
