Wheat harvest made good progress in Indiana despite recent rainfall

The USDA says winter wheat harvest is in full swing in Indiana.   

According to the latest crop progress and condition report, 77 percent of winter wheat is harvested. Seventy-seven percent of the crop is in good to excellent condition.

The state’s corn conditions remained stable with 73 percent of the crop rated in good to excellent condition.

Seventy percent of soybeans are rated good to excellent.
