USDA seeks feedback on COVID assistance programs

The USDA wants feedback on past coronavirus assistance programs.  The Agricultural Marketing Service is taking comments on the development, coordination and implementation of grants used to support food processing, distribution, producers, and other businesses.  This includes the Farmers to Families Food Box program and other food aid efforts.

AMS is using the data to evaluate what worked and what didn’t, if the current food purchase program should continue, and gather input for how USDA should address nutrition insecurity, and food chain assistance in the future.

Comments are being accepted online and by email at [email protected] until March 31st
