Trump says U.S. negotiating with Brazil for FTA

The U.S. and Brazil have agreed to begin negotiations for a free trade deal.

President Trump told reporters at the White House earlier this week that he has a great relationship with Brazil’s new president Jair Bolsonaro.

Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross met with Bolsonaro on Wednesday.

Brazil and the EU reached a final trade agreement in June.

  • The interest of President Trump in BRAZIL is PARTICULARLY important to the changes that NOW result from the ADOPTION OF No-Till farming in USA.

The reason is that USA now has MORE NO-TILL FARMING in the WORLD But it is BRAZIL that is the second LARGEST user Of No-till FARMING ……called CONSERVATION AGRICULTURE {CA} BY FAO AT THEIR CONFERENCES in a wide variety of COUNTRIES.

There is a problem ,however ,for the USA & Brazil because USA & BRAZIL Do not have a FARM TRACTOR design for this new FARNING SYSTEM which has NO-PLOWING in IT.

It is UK that leads & it is from the same stable { Manchester University } that is now, PARTICULARLY, in the TECHNOLOGICAL & ENGINEERING WORLDWIDE LEAD…………. with the very interesting new MATERIAL which is called “GRAPHENE”.

Both of these TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENTS …..TRACTOR DESIGN & GRAPHENE………….. are the leaders in WORLD TERMS but IT IS USA that has VOLUME NO-TILL WORLD LEADERSHIP with BRAZIL in second place.

What is urgently required is the formation, in USA or BRAZIL, of a MANUFACTURING & ASSEMBLY SYSTEM that can be a very DIFFERENT kind of FARM TRACTOR from the Plowing System-like tractors that ,because of the IMPORTANCE OF LESS WEIGHT AND MORE SPEED, can be productively produced …………….in a suitable location where low-cost Manufacturing & assembly can serve the USA & BRAZIIAN Markets for CA-No-Till.
