Syngenta settlement claim dates
Claims can be filed for Syngenta’s corn settlement starting soon and must be filed no later than October 12th. The federal District Court of Kansas, in Kansas City, has given preliminary approval of the $1.51 Billion settlement for Syngenta’s release of corn traits not yet approved by China in 2013 and ’14. But, Syngenta can still reject the settlement after claims are filed. November 15th is the date set for final approval of the settlement but that date can change.
