NASDA Foundation grants to help improve Gulf of Mexico watershed
The National Association of State Departments of Agriculture Foundation has issued 14 grants to help underserved farmers within the Gulf of Mexico watershed.
Funds were made possible through the NASDA Foundation’s US Environmental Protection Agency’s Underserved Farmers’ Cooperative Agreement and the EPA’s Gulf of Mexico Division.
The organizations selected to work on projects that will help underserved farmers improve water quality, habitat resilience, and information exchange to benefit Gulf of Mexico Watershed ecosystems.

Eligible applications were organizations who work directly with farmers and ranchers form underserved communities and/or directly with underserved producers.
