Indiana State Fair concludes

The 2012 Indiana State Fair finished a successful 17-day run.  The fair attracted over 850,000 people to celebrate the Year of Dairy Cows and the Hoosier Spirit.  Fair officials said four days of 90 degree weather and six days of rain and thunderstorms kept attendance down on some days – but special discounts and promotions brought more families into the fair.

The 2013 Indiana State Fair will run August 2 to August 18.
