Friday last day to make Syngenta corn claim

This is the final week to file claims for Syngenta’s corn seed class action settlement.

Affected corn farmers, ethanol plant and grain handling facilities can file claims until 11:59 p.m. Central this Friday.

To submit a claim online, go to Corn Seed Settlement.  Claim forms can be downloaded from that site and mailed with a post mark of October 12th or earlier.
