Few crops left to harvest in South Dakota

Corn and sorghum harvest are nearing the finish line in South Dakota.

USDA says corn harvest is 96% complete and sorghum harvest at 92% complete, both behind the last year.

Sunflower harvest is at 89% complete in South Dakota, ahead of average.

Topsoil moisture supplies are rated 73% adequate to surplus in the final week of November. Subsoil moisture is rated 65% adequate to surplus.
