Cool, wet conditions limit fieldwork in Ohio

The USDA says cool and wet conditions continue to limit fieldwork in Ohio.  

Sixteen percent of oats are planted, compared to 50 percent last year. Four percent of the crop has emerged.

Sixty-two percent of the winter wheat crop is rated good to excellent.

Topsoil moisture and subsoil moisture and 100 percent adequate to surplus.
