Adding to the AgrAbility Toolbox

The national AgrAbility Project’s online technology database – called The Toolbox – is now offering information for horticulture, gardening, and forestry tools.  The Toolbox is a collection of products that assist agricultural workers with disabling injuries or illnesses, making the completion of difficult tasks easier.  Paul Jones, AgrAbility project manager says the new products range from specialty items like hydroponic gardening systems to tools to assist in activities that happen on or around the farm.

Jones says the new products are meant to serve a wide range of disabilities because there are farmers with a wide variety of needs in varying ag-related enterprises.
