Milk futures, cash dairy trade higher

Milk futures on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange ended the week higher as well as cash markets.

December Class III milk up 27 cents at $18.60. January 48 cents higher at $18.77. February up 33 cents at $18.95. March 33 cents higher at $19.10. April through June 14 to 26 cents higher.

Dry whey up $0.0125 at $0.6975.

Blocks unchanged at $1.8575.

Barrels unchanged at $1.6025.

Butter up $0.02 at $2.0025. Ten trades were made from $1.9850 to $2.0125.

Nonfat dry milk unchanged at $1.5625. Four sales were made from $1.5625 to $1.5750.
