CME milk futures up, cash dairy mixed Monday

Milk futures were higher and cash dairy prices steady to lower except cheese Monday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

November Class III milk was up $0.15 at $20.56.  December was up $0.15 at $19.85.  January was up $0.14 at $19.80.  February was up $0.17 to $19.96.  March through September contracts ranged from fourteen cents lower in June to seven cents higher in April. 

Dry whey was unchanged at $0.4425.  No sales were recorded.

Cheese blocks were unchanged at $2.05.  No sales were recorded.

Cheese Barrels were up $0.0550 at $2.18. Four sales were recorded from $2.15 to $2.18.

Butter was down $0.0075 at $3.1675.  No sales were recorded.

Nonfat dry milk was down $0.0025 at $1.4875.  Four sales were recorded from $1.4850 to $1.4875.
