CME milk futures and cash dairy prices mixed Monday

Milk futures and cash dairy prices were mixed Monday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

November Class III milk was up $0.26 at $20.47.  December was up $0.19 at $19.00.  January was down $0.09 at $18.81.  February was up $0.04 at $19.26.  March through September contracts ranged from ten cents lower in July to three cents higher in April. 

Dry whey was up $0.01 at $0.44.  No sales were recorded.

Cheese blocks remained unchanged at $1.96.  Two sales were recorded at that price.

Cheese Barrels were up $0.0175 at $1.9425.  Three sales were recorded from $1.9250 to $1.9425.

Butter was sharply down $0.1950 at $2.9450.  Four sales were recorded from $2.9450 to $3.10.

Nonfat dry milk was down $0.0050 to $1.4250.  No sales were recorded.
