CME milk futures and cash dairy prices keep falling

Most milk futures and cash dairy prices continued to fall Thursday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

November Class III milk was down $0.08 at $20.39.  December was down $0.30 at $18.80.  January was down $0.22 at $18.91.  February was down $0.06 at $19.27.  March through September contracts ranged from twelve cents lower in March to four cents higher in May. 

Dry whey was unchanged at $0.43.  No sales were recorded.

Cheese blocks were down $0.0375 to $1.96.  One sale was recorded at that price.

Cheese Barrels were down $0.0550 at $1.9250. No sales were recorded.

Butter was down $0.0050 at $3.1450.  One sale was recorded at that price.

Nonfat dry milk remains unchanged at $1.42.  No sales were recorded.
