Suggestions to USDA about NAIS

A farmer representative with the Missouri Rural Crisis Center spoke on the record at the NAIS listening session in Jefferson City, Missouri this week.  Rhonda Perry, a central Missouri cow-calf and grain farmer, says USDA needs to spend money on what farmers need to remain competitive and to stay in business.
