Farm loan delinquencies still better off than the 1980s

More and more farms are becoming delinquent on their loans, but it’s not as bad as some may think.

There has been an uptick in farm loan delinquencies in recent years, with real estate delinquencies doubling over the past five years. But, as David Widmar with Ag Economic Insights put’s it – “we’re nowhere near crisis levels.”
