Verdesian products show high return on investment

Verdesian Life Sciences, a company focused on nutrient use efficiency, has introduced new products that are more environmentally friendly and have a higher return on investment.
Dave Schwartz Executive Vice President of Sales for the Midwest Region says there are over 400 trials going on in the Midwest with products including NutriSphere which covers volatilization, denitrification and leaching.
NUE-Charge® G is another new product by Verdesian. Schwartz says with the variable weather and heavy rains in some areas of the Corn Belt, they are seeing more nitrogen in plants and less going into rivers and streams with this product, “That’s what we are all about as a nutrient use efficiency company; getting the basic fertilizer products into the crop that we’re trying to grow in a much higher level and being more efficient.”
Schwartz tells Brownfield fertilizer is one of the highest priced inputs for farmers and these products help growers economically, “When farmers treat their fertilizers with NutriSphere we are seeing anywhere from a 3-to-1 to a 5-to-1 return on investment”.
He says Verdesian has a performance guarantee on NutriSphere brands which provides more insurance because they will refund the price of the product if the grower does not get a return on investment,“With a performance guarantee and a good return on investment, in these times, I think it is something that every retailer and grower should consider as we all try to be better stewards of our environment as well.”

As a former Ag retailer (now retired), our company always recommended NutriSphere for Liquid and Dry Nitrogen because the results were so consistent when nothing else about the growing season was. When it was too wet, fields treated with Nutrisphere kept more nitrogen in the root zone where the plant could use it and less nitrogen was lost to runoff; on dry years, the nitrogen was available longer when moisture did come. The results were better, stronger stands, and more bushels in the bin. And now they’re offering a performance guarantee???? Seems like a pretty safe bet Dave!
