Wild mushroom hunting 101

Hunting for wild mushrooms to eat should only be done by people who know what they are doing.  Mushroom expert Dr. Chris White says when hunting wild mushrooms, it’s important to identify every one that’s collected to avoid eating ones that are poisonous.  He says ALL mushrooms need to be thoroughly cooked before consuming.
