Consumers want consistency

Consumers have lost some trust in the food system as food companies work to build it back. Economist Jayson Lusk says consumer trust in the food industry is tied to consistency which was eroded somewhat through the pandemic. Lusk was a guest at the Consumer For Food Integrity Summit.
