Great comments about rural communities and their economies! Our farm has diversified and our empty dairy barn is now an event venue bringing visitors to the area that spend money in our nearby rural communities. I think we help contribute to rural vitality. Too bad Wisconsin legislators don’t understand and are now trying to create a new law that will slash the ability for venues such as mine to thrive and help our rural communities succeed. Thank you Compeer for recognizing that rural entrepreneurship should be celebrated and encouraged; not shut down by over reaching laws.
