In today’s video, we visit with Central Ohio dealer Matt Bambauer and one of his customers, grower Phil Prince.

Matt Bambauer is the manager of Bambauer Fertilizer in Pemberton, Ohio. Bambauer Fertilizer is a family owned business started by Matt’s great grandfather in 1958. The three retail locations provide custom application of both liquid and dry fertilizers.

A wet spring in Bambauer’s Central Ohio location resulted in a lot of ponding water, bringing a challenge to his growers. But all in all, he said it’s been a pretty good season.

Bambauer’s customer Phil Prince, Conover, Ohio, credits Preside CL for this year’s successful crop. “We’ve always used a competitor’s inoculant, but we tried Preside CL last year and we got a 2.4-bushel advantage,” he said. “This year we went 100 percent on every acre.”
