One of the presentations at the recent Iowa Soybean Association Research Conference was an overview of the 2015 results of ISA’s tile monitoring program.   In this interview with Brownfield, Adam Kiel, operations manager for water resources in ISA’s Environmental Programs and Services Division, talks about that project, which he says is one of the top monitoring programs in the country.

Kiel also provides an update on the work being done in the Miller Creek Watershed in Black Hawk and Tama counties. That watershed has garnered national attention by working with the city of Cedar Rapids to secure additional funding for farmers to implement conservation practices.
