Future farmers express support for the RFS
Several of the farmers who testified at the recent RFS hearing in Des Moines talked about how the improved ag economy has allowed their sons and daughters to return to the farm.
Also testifying at the hearing were two young people who hope to farm once they complete their educations—Hannah Borg, a high school junior from Allen, Nebraska, and Brent Drey of Sac City, Iowa, who is a student at Iowa State University.
