Farmland Markets Conference in Illinois

A Farmland Markets Conference on profitability and future perspectives will be held Wednesday, November 13th at the Hilton Garden Inn in Champaign.  USDA Chief Economist Joe Glauber will be the keynote speaker. Other speakers will deal with farmland performance and rental arrangements, the farm bill’s progress, deadlines and program expirations, the commodity outlook and how the RFS affects current and future prices.
The conference is hosted by the financial services organization TIAA-CREF Center for Farmland Research at the University of Illinois.
