Promoting good soil and water stewardship

Conservation practices aren’t just for rural areas.  Dee Dee Sigler, Communications Manager with the Indiana Association of Soil and Water Conservation Districts explains the importance of maintaining soil health, how Indiana’s 92 county Soil and Water Districts work together to educate others about the importance our actions have on natural resources and some of the educational tools IASWCD utilizes to promote good soil and water stewardship in both urban and rural areas.
