To extend or to not extend–that is the question

There has been considerable debate in recent weeks as to whether the 45-cent ethanol tax credit should be extended.  Iowa is the top ethanol-producing state in the  country and Iowa Secretary of Agriculture Bill Northey says the loss of that tax credit could have a significant negative impact on the ethanol industry in his state.
