NWS issues fire weather watch

The National Weather Service (NWS) at Indianapolis has issued a fire weather watch for an area basically from Logansport to the north, to Jasper in the South, today from noon through this evening, with conditions most favorable mid and late afternoon. Adding to the concern, low humidity and north to northwest winds as high as 20 mph, with gusts to 30 this afternoon.
