Second MO station with ethanol blender pumps

A second fueling station in Missouri has installed ethanol blender pumps, this time in the Kansas City area. Three blends of ethanol – E20, E30, and E85 – and two grades of conventional gas are now offered at Temp Stop in Lee’s Summit.

The pumps are part of a pilot program with Missouri Corn and the Missouri Ag Department’s weight and measure’s division. Missouri’s first blender pumps came on line last December at Warrenton Oil Company’s FastLane station in Moscow Mills, northwest of St. Louis. There are now more than 100 ethanol blender pumps nationwide.
