With fluctuating energy costs, companies are looking to farmland as a potential source for untapped energy resources.

Indiana farmer Mark Seib says when it comes to protecting mineral rights on property, farmers and those purchasing land need to make sure all rights are spelled out in any lease or sales agreement.
