The National Pork Producers Council is in favor of revised Livestock Mandatory Price reporting requirements.

The council says the proposed rule includes two specific revisions brought forward by the pork industry that will allow for better flow of information in the marketplace.

The latest revisions include an additional purchase type category for negotiated formula purchases of swine and an extension of reporting hours.
