“I would like to reach as many people as possible to answer their questions and talk to them about anything they want to know about pork, and to promote pork to them,” Miss Cook told Brownfield Ag News at the Iowa Pork Congress.

Cook plans to major in agricultural business at Iowa State University in the fall and has a longer-term plan to stay close to agriculture.

“For career goals, I really am looking to return to the farm eventually,” she said.
