National FFA Foundation appointments

The National FFA Foundation has announced new appointments to its Sponsors’ Board. The group is made up of top corporate executives who support the vision and mission of FFA are interested in promoting careers in agribusiness, agriculture and food production, entrepreneurship and FFA.  Among the appointees:

  • Scott Bormann, Vice President, North America of Merck Animal Health in DeSoto, Kan.
  • Tom Dean, Marketing Director, North America of Case IH in Racine, Wis.
  • Michele Fite, Global Leader Health of DuPont Nutrition & Health in St. Louis, Mo.
  • Bryn Fosburgh, Vice President of Trimble Navigation Limited in Westminster, Colo.
  • Kelly S. Gast, Global Business Operations Finance Lead of Monsanto in St. Louis, Mo.
  • Warren Graeff, Senior Vice President Agriculture Market Manager of PNC Bank in St. Louis, Mo.
  • John Miller, Group Vice President, Agricultural Products of BNSF Railway in Fort Worth, Texas.
  • Matt Plitt, Executive Vice President and COO of Valent USA in Walnut Creek, Calif.
  • John Smith, Vice President, Key Account Manager of Bayer CropScience in Research Triangle Park, N.C.
  • John Starkey, President of U.S. Poultry & Egg Association in Tucker, Ga.
  • David Stidham, Vice President of Marketing of Culver Franchising System, Inc. in Prairie Du Sac, Wis.

The National FFA Foundation announces the following new appointments to its current Individual Giving Council.

  •  Ken Allen of Gravois Mills, Mo. Allen is retired from Bridgestone Agricultural Tires
  • Trisha Bailey of Jacksonville Beach, Fla. Bailey is Chief Operating Officer of Verso Wealth Strategists.
  • Kyle Hancock of Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla. Hancock is retired from CSX Transportation.

 Corey Rosenbusch is serving as the 2016 President for the Individual Giving Council.

The Individual Giving Council promotes the advancement of FFA and agricultural education through identification, cultivation and solicitation of individual major gifts. It provides counsel and support on annual fund, planned giving and other individual giving activities. The council is composed of up to 15 members, who serve three year terms.

 

The National FFA Foundation is the fundraising arm of the National FFA Organization.
