The land rental ‘balancing act’

University of Nebraska Extension educator Allan Vyhnalek and several of his colleagues held Landlord/Tenant Lease Workshops this month across Nebraska. The workshops were designed to help landlords and tenants develop a lease that works for both parties while still maintaining positive farm leasing relations.

Vyhnalek says it’s a “big balancing act” this year.
