Kubota to expand in Georgia

Kubota Tractor Corporation and Kubota Manufacturing of America will build a new manufacturing plant, expanding their existing facilities in Gainesville, Georgia.  Officials say demand for products keeps growing in the U.S. and that the expansion will allow them to increase production capacity by 60% in the next five years.

Both companies are U.S. subsidiaries of Kubota Corporation based in Osaka, Japan. The facility will manufacture utility vehicles.
