Matthew Klopfenstein_State FFA President_Wayne Trace FFA (1)_webThe Ohio FFA has elected a new officer team.

Matthew Klopfenstein of the Wayne Trace FFA will serve the Ohio FFA as State President. A student at Ohio State University, majoring in agricultural engineering, Klopfenstein says the journey for him began when he joined the FFA.

“You know, your freshman year you walk in, nervous and sort of shy and then just grow and develop with the help of teachers, peers, mentors, everyone that sees what you can become and puts that effort into you even though they may not get anything in return.” Klopfenstein said. “And then this past year serving under a great team with great teammates has just changed my perspective and really made me appreciate my time here in the FFA.”
