State Senate passes Wisconsin IoH clarifications

Wisconsin state capitol

As expected, the Wisconsin State Senate passed the Implements of Husbandry (IoH) Update Bill on Tuesday.  On a voice vote, the body approved the legislation passed by the Assembly last week which makes some adjustments and clarifications to the original IoH law passed last year.

Among other things; it clarifies that IoH with rubber tracks can legally operate on Wisconsin roadways and includes agricultural commercial motor vehicles (Ag-CMV) under the IoH rules.

The bill now goes to the Governor who is expected to sign it.
