Organic dairy products have enjoyed steady growth in sales for years. Coming off a year when conventional milk prices reached record-highs, the supply of organic milk is short.  Things have changed to the point it is much more attractive to convert to organic production these days.  Holly Parr and Kevin Kiehnau with Organic Valley say they have a team of people with the knowledge to help make that conversion as quickly and seamless as possible.  Kiehnau stresses it is “very important to work with someone who has either been through it or works with an affiliated company.”
