Culver’s says “Thank You Farmers”

Culver's Thank You Farmers CampaignRecently Culver’s restaurants launched their “Thank You Farmers” program.  David Stidham, vice president of marketing for Culver’s says the program is an opportunity to recognize the hard work of the American farmer.  “Without the American farmer, which Culver’s is reliant upon for so many of their products we wouldn’t be who we are today,” he says.  “We are trying to pay homage as much as we can to the American farmer and we believe it lines up nicely with our brand’s story.”

Stidham tells Brownfield the campaign is about gratitude and support.  He says they’ve developed programs to support both the National FFA organization and local FFA Chapters.  “Locally we’re promoting the FFA chapters through fundraising at local restaurants,” he says.  “It was an optional program and of our 484 restaurants, 465 have opted in to participate in helping their local FFA Chapters.”  The goal is to give back to today’s farm families, and ensure the future of the next generation of farm families.

He says there are a lot of ways you can take part in and support the “Thank You Farmers” campaign.  More details can be found at www.culvers.com.
