Brownfield Ag Weather Today

Sponsored by: The American Soybean Association and United Soybean Board

A low-pressure system lurking over the western Atlantic Ocean will maintain cool, breezy conditions along the middle and southern Atlantic Coast.  In addition, showers may return late in the week across the southern Atlantic States.  Meanwhile, an early-season hot spell across the central and southern Plains and much of the Corn Belt will end during the mid- to late-week period, with lingering heat confined to the South.  Elsewhere, cool weather and periodic showers will continue for the remainder of the week from the Pacific Northwest into the upper Midwest, while dry conditions will accompany building Southwestern heat.  Additional frost can be expected through mid-week in parts of the interior Northwest, northern Great Basin, and Intermountain West.
