Brownfield Ag Weather Today

Sponsored by Pivot Bio PROVEN

A cold front currently stretching from the Great Lakes region to the central Plains will make slow southeastward progress, reaching the mid-Atlantic and mid-South by week’s end. Five-day rainfall could total 1 to 3 inches or more along and southeast of a line from Kansas to southern New England. Meanwhile, monsoon-related showers will dot the Great Basin and Southwest. However, the remainder of the West, as well as the northern Plains and upper Midwest, will experience dry weather into next week. Hot weather will accompany the Northern and Western dryness, maintaining severe stress on rangeland, pastures, and many dryland crops.
