Brownfield Ag Weather Today

Sponsored by Pivot Bio PROVEN

Excessively hot weather will continue throughout the western half of the country until late in the week, when cooler air will arrive in Pacific Northwest. Meanwhile, relatively cool conditions will prevail in the eastern half of the U.S., except for lingering heat and humidity across Florida’s peninsula and portions of the Gulf Coast region. Late in the week, however, above-normal temperatures will return across portions of the Great Lakes and Northeastern States. In most areas of the country, significant and widespread precipitation will be scarce during the next several days. A notable exception will be the southern Atlantic States, where 5-day rainfall totals could reach 2 to 4 inches. During the second half of the week, locally heavy showers may overspread western Washington. Most of the remainder of the country will receive an inch or less, except higher amounts in thunderstorms.
