Koch Agronomic Services offers nutrient innovation

Seed genetics, stacked traits and now drought resistant corn are amazing advancements in agronomy, even crop protection companies have contributed to impressive boosts in yield. But nutrient management has lagged behind. That’s according to Tom Snipes, who is in charge of commercial operations for Koch Agronomic Services.

“And so, with our new business platform here at Koch Agronomic Services, we’re real excited about the potential to bring a lot more innovation to the nutrient side of the business,” Snipes tells Brownfield Ag News, during the Farm Progress Show. He backs that up by citing Koch’s building of robust R&D and agronomic capability. What stands in the way, says Snipes, is education. “There’s a lot of untreated acres out there,” says Snipes. Part of Koch’s current portfolio includes AGROTAIN products.
